Rishon Le-zion Musuem 
      
The museum displays the contribution of Rishon Le-Zion, the first settlement of the "First Aliya" in 1882, in molding nationalism, Hebrew culture. In the exhibits you learn about the creating national symbols: our national flag was first flown, "Hatikva" (national anthem) was first sung, Hebrew was first taught. 
   
Located in some of the oldest buildings of the settlement (“moshava”), the museum exhibits retell the story of the city’s proud pioneer past. The tour takes the visitor back in time to the beginning of modern Zionism in Eretz Israel.
   
Walk along “Pioneers’ Way" and follow in the pioneers’ footsteps. Your walking tour includes Founders "square”, the Great Synagogue, Haviv Hebrew school, Heisman and Yaacov Kanner houses, Community Hall, Water Tower, and the Village Well . Conclude your visit with a stroll and picnic in the beautiful Village Park with its impressive “Avenue of the Palms”.

Mon: 9 am – 12 pm, 4 – 7 pm
